The Cape Coral Charter School Authority does not discriminate on the basis of sex (including sexual orientation or gender identity), in its education programs or activities, and is required by Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972, and its implementing regulations, not to discriminate in such a manner. The requirement not to discriminate in its education program or activity extends to admission and employment. The Authority is committed to maintaining an education and work environment that is free from discrimination based on sex, including sexual harassment.  The  Superintendent of the City of Cape Coral Oasis Charter Schools shall appoint a compliance officer whose responsibility will be to ensure that Federal and State regulations related to employees are complied with and that any complaints are dealt with promptly in accordance with law.  The compliance officer shall also ensure that proper notice of nondiscrimination for Title II, Title VI, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendment Act of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act is provided to staff members and the general public.    Please file your complaint with:
