The Cape Coral Charter School Authority Governing Board oversees the operations of the municipal charter school system. The eleven-member board includes seven voting members, and four non-voting parent representatives. All Governing Board Members are volunteers appointed to a two-year term by the Cape Coral City Council, and certified by FLDOE approved Flordia Charter School Governance Training.
